- 9:00am: Road Course caravan assembles in front parking lot of main hotel
- 9:15am: Caravan departs for Road Course event
- 10:00am: REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING FOR ALL ROAD COURSE DRIVERS
- 10:15am: Tech Inspection for all participants
- 11am – 4pm: Road Course Event sponsored by Morgans Motorsports
- 5pm – 7pm: Event registration and reception at Official Hotel
- 5pm-7pm: Swap Meet in hotel parking lot
- 7:30pm: Welcome Meeting for all Participants
Thursday, June 24th
- 9:30am: AutoCross caravan assembles in front parking lot of main hotel
- 9:45am SHARP: AutoCross Participants/Spectators depart for O’Reilly Raceway Park
- 10am: Gates open for AutoCross
- 10:15am: REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING FOR ALL AUTOCROSS DRIVERS
- 10:30am – 11am: Tech Inspection for all Participants
- 11am-7pm: AutoCross Event, sponsored by Dejon Powerhouse
- 9pm-10:30pm: Weekender registration at main hotel
Friday, June 25th
- 9am – 10am: Weekender registration at the hotel
- 10am – 4pm: Poker Run – Meet in front of main hotel for instructions
- 11am-1pm: Continued weekender registration at the hotel
- 4:30pm: Caravan assembles for Drag Race event
- 4:45pm: Caravan departs for O’Reilly Raceway Park
- 5:15pm: Tech Inspection for all Drag Race Participants
- 5:45pm: REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING FOR ALL DRAG RACE PARTICIPANTS
- 6pm-10pm: Drag Race Event at ORP, sponsored by Maximal Performance
Saturday, June 26th
- 9:45am: Gather at main hotel for caravan to Monument Circle/Car Show
- 10:15am: Caravan leaves for Car Show
- 10:45am: Caravan begins to arrive at Car Show
- 11am-3pm: Car Show Event on Monument Circle, sponsored by Xccelerated Performance Automotive
- 6:00pm-9:30pm: Banquet at main hotel sponsored by Ground Zero Peformance
