October 21, 2008 update
We would like to introduce you to the 2009 NG sponsors::
Our title sponsor this year is 3SX Performance!!!! 3SX has shown their support for the National Gathering year after year, usually as the car show sponsor. This year we needed a new Title Sponsor and are very pleased that 3SX stepped in the ultimate show of NG support.

Chapter Challenge & Best All Around 3/S Award
Chapter Challenge:
When registering for NG09, make sure you include your local chapter where you are asked. If your local chapter is not listed, email Alan to have your chapter added. The Chapter Challenge is a National Gathering tradition that awards the most members of a chapter a trophy and bragging rights. With Alan's formula to weigh heavy on the groups that travel the furthest and weigh light on the chapters that have a short drive, he's devised a fair formula at determining the winner. So, don't forget!!
Best All Around 3/S:
The Best All Around 3/S Award is an honor designed to commend one exceptional 3/S, and its driver, for superior performance is every event; Drags, AutoCross, Road Course, and Car Show. In order to qualify, you must participate and be competive in every event (and a single run doesn’t count). Winning is not required, but will be a determining factor when we have to decide between multiple contestants.
